  • Concrete Slab

    • Engineer designed concrete slab to suit "M" classification soils.
  • Ceiling Height

    • 2400mm (nominal) ceiling height throughout.
  • Termite Treatment

    • Termite reticulation system to perimeter of the house with termite collars to slab penetrations.
  • Bricks

    • Selection of face bricks from Austral Old Colonial, Classic, Everyday Life and Impressions Range bricks as well as PGH Townhouse, Summervilla, Foundation and Palazzo Range bricks. Laid in natural grey mortar, with a choice of raked, ironed or flush joint finishes. (conditions apply)
  • Windows

    • Trend aluminium sliding windows and sliding doors in standard powdercoat range of colours including security keyed windows and door locks.
  • Doors

    Front Door

    • Corinthians Urban Range PURB 1, 101, 04, 104 entrance doors paint finish.
    • Corinthian Madison PMAD 04, 101, 104, 106 and Mirvac range entrance doors in a paint finish with clear or obscure glass.
    • Sidelights where applicable are clear glazed.

    Internal Doors

    • Corinthian 35mm pre-hung flush doors for paint finish with chrome finish hinges and latches.

    Door Furniture

    • External: Lockwood Bow entry lever and single cylinder deadlock in satin chrome.
    • Internal: Lockwood Bow internal lever in satin chrome. Privacy sets to all wet areas.

    Garage Doors

    • B&D Colorbond Seville, Turino, Statesmen and Grange Panelift doors.
  • Roofing

    • Monier concrete roof tiles in Elabana and Waverley profiles available in a range of colours.
    • Colorbond fascia, gutters and downpipes in a range of colours.
  • Mouldings

    • 67x19mm half splayed profile skirtings and architraves with paint finish.
  • Cornice

    • 90mm coved cornice to all rooms.
  • Staircase

    • Painted timber staircase with a choice of Stop Chamfered or Plain balusters or metal 12x12mm black painted handrail and posts with Customwood treads and risers for carpet. (Please note this specification only applies to 2 storey homes).
  • Robes

    • Powdercoat aluminium framed white colour backed glass or mirror sliding doors to bedroom robes (where indicated on plan) with 1 shelf and chrome hanging rail.
  • Linen cupboard and laundry

    • 4 shelves to linen cupboard.
    • Laundry tub: Clark 45 litre tub 8051 with hose hider.
    • Taps and Fittings: Caroma Acqua mixer to laundry tub with mini T-head washing machine taps under tub.
  • Kitchen and appliances

    Kitchen

    • Laminated bench tops with tightform or 180 degrees edge available in a range of colours from the Formica range.
    • Laminated doors with square edge available in a select choice of colours with a select choice of handles.

  • Wall and floor tiling

    • Wall and floor tiles from Mirvac Homes exclusive builders range.
    • Tiling heights - 2m high to shower recess with soap holder, 1.0m above floor level over bath, 300mm tiles over laundry tub and skirting tiles elsewhere. Kitchen splashback wall tiles to underside of overhead cupboard.
    • Floor wastes available in white and matt stainless steel finish.

    • Moulded acrylic top with integrated basin (white).
    • Laminated doors with square edge in a select choice of colours with a select choice of handles.

    • Dorf Belmore (Mk2) chrome double towel rails and toilet roll holders to bathrooms, ensuite and powder rooms (where applicable).

    Shower Screens

    • Powdercoat aluminium sliding or pivot doors on Slimline acrylic white shower hobs as per standard plans.

    • Irwell Tasman chrome tapware to all bathrooms, ensuite and powder room.
  • Plumbing and hot water system

    Plumbing

    • Provision for dishwasher connection.
    • External front and rear garden tap.

    Hot Water System

    • Rheem Integrity 27 instantaneous gas hot water.
  • Electrical

    • 3x double power points to Bed 1, Living and above Kitchen bench. 1x double power point to wet areas and garage with 2x double power points to all remaining areas. Single power point to the kitchen appliances.
    • Light point to all rooms and an external light point to porch, patio, laundry and balconies.
